Woman at the service counter would not answer my questions when I came to pick up my car. One thing I wasn't happy with was no one called to tell me my car was ready. More
Tony was polite. Service was timely. Tony showed me how to check my maintenance messages. I was not certain of everything I needed, aside from oil change. Service was timely. Tony showed me how to check my maintenance messages. I was not certain of everything I needed, aside from oil change. More

I received a check engine light, and they told me that I needed a catalytic converter for $2400 and said my rear brakes were low and they could replace them for another $540. I told them that the code I got needed a catalytic converter for $2400 and said my rear brakes were low and they could replace them for another $540. I told them that the code I got was the same code that I received when the dealer in GA had to replace the fuel injectors under a factory recall. They still insisted that it was the catalytic converter. I paid $160 diagnostic fee and took my vehicle home. The check engine light went off by itself the next morning, just like it did when the fuel injector recall was the problem. I no longer get a check engine light. Also, I bought new brake pads and took my rear brake pad off only to find that at least half the thickness of the pads remain. Thus, I did not need a $540 brake job, as the technician said. Those brakes could have lasted another year, but I replaced them myself since I already bought new pads, and it only involves removing 2 bolts and using a C-clamp to push the pistons back in. Cost was $55 for the lifetime pads, not $540, which translates into about $480 in labor for a less than one hour job. More
