I was a little frustrated on my last visit because I never received an update on the car status. Upon arrival I noticed that my car service was complete but the exterior of my car was still visibly dirt never received an update on the car status. Upon arrival I noticed that my car service was complete but the exterior of my car was still visibly dirty. I had to ask again for the complimentary wash. The receptionist booking my service asked if I wanted one and I told her yes. This delay inconvenienced me and made me late for my afternoon appointment. More
