Waldorf Honda - Service Center

Changed the agreed upon service without informing customer, and the service ended up costing more than quoted for the work agreed to over the phone. I reached back out to inquire why a new belt was n customer, and the service ended up costing more than quoted for the work agreed to over the phone. I reached back out to inquire why a new belt was not installed and why my car was done in 2 hours when I was told over the phone they needed to place the order in 15 minutes to get it in time for my car to be completed noon the next day. This has given me little confidence and I’m concerned my car part might not have been installed. The belt was not replaced and no explanation was given and neither my call nor texts were responded too. More
