Would not give out the part number that I need for truck! I called parts to find out what I needed for my truck and after waiting for a looong time to load up the application, for the guy to locate the part.. I called parts to find out what I needed for my truck and after waiting for a looong time to load up the application, for the guy to locate the part...he quoted a very high price without telling me the part number that I needed. I asked and he said " We do not give out part numbers!" Are you kidding me??? I would never call this place again! Other Ford dealers are a lot more helpful and I got quoted around 40% lower price for the same exact item at another Ford Dealership, which gladly shared the part number and kindly offered to get it ordered for me. That is how you should do business! Thanks for nothing! More

It looks as if you want to show how smart you are when really by this response how stupid you, who ever you are, really are. As for your comment on "car flease" really, do you want to toss out subject matter for the consumer who really knows nothing about this "car flease" when we were in there you were about to do the same thing by offering us a stupid number for our payment but when you found out that we were able to secure a loan to take care of this payment, you now call it a bad deal and this was something that you tossed out first. Now question to you is, where in the heck are you getting this "saleman" or "dealership" at, there is no mention of us going to a dealer, you "Tracy" know that we went through our bank and not some off the side of the road dealer, so get off the kick of kissing someone for extra money we gave them when again you were about to do the same thing though we didnt get taken for a ride as you were about to take us. You gave me a quote of 250.00 plus intrest and so why should we worry because we were in the same ball park but really our payment from "so called fleasing" is 233.00. Maybe you need to really learn how to work and speak with the customer. It was said that you worked for Walker for some 25 years, I find that hard to believe as you gave us nothing but the run around after you found that we were going to our bank after you "out of this world price" you knew we wanted to buy out the vehicle, when we mentioned a purchase order, you sent the bank the order without your signature without the miles and you got the information from me when you went outside to take a picture of my tags, you knew we wanted to lower the price but you kept messing around with the back when something this smiple could of taken a few hours lasted til Monday mid day. Oh and as for my obvious short comings "spelling" dont you worry, Ill be posting and talking for sometime to come, oh and make it a blessed day. More

Emergency repair My wife and I are from NJ. About 20 miles from Clearwater I ran over a shredded truck tire. A plastic cover under my car tore loose. Nervous about wha My wife and I are from NJ. About 20 miles from Clearwater I ran over a shredded truck tire. A plastic cover under my car tore loose. Nervous about what had to be done to repair it I drove to Walker Ford and spoke with Ryan. Ryan stopped everything he was doing and immediately looked at my car. He fastened the cover with the necessary clip and sent me on my way. Although not a major repair it certainlt meant a lot to me, being far from home and just beginning my vacation. Hey Ryan..just to let you know, all is still good 1300 miles later.
