The service department at this dealership is TERRIBLE. From driving up to drop off your car for service (rude & not helpful, wait time with no updates. I had to take my car back because they couldn't fix it, & promised to call Monday to set up a PICKUP for the work to get done. NO CALL NOR FOLLOW UP. And when I got the car back, a half drank bottle of soda had been left on my backseat leaving a sticky circle mark on the leather!!! Horrible. I would not have bought a Ford if I went to this dealership. Sarasota Ford Dealership is the best. More

Even this app is terrible. This is the second time I tried doing this. Let me summarize. They kept me five hours when I tried to trade in my Used explorer that maintenance did This is the second time I tried doing this. Let me summarize. They kept me five hours when I tried to trade in my Used explorer that maintenance did absolutely nothing on because there are no parts. Any place that does not have even recall parts for months on end is nowhere I wanna be. They won’t even allow aftermarket parts so the cars just sit there unfixed or then they take them on trade and Flis the Buyer like they did to me. Dylan only knew the script about getting me in the car limiting me on the drive not knowing much about the vehicle itself and then just trying to get me to commit to a number and then increasing that number every time he came back from the sales person. Pretty standard. I knew I was gonna have issues with resourcing and so the finance guy was actually really good, but I don’t like how they try to dupe me into saying they reduced the price on the car yay let’s celebrate but oh by the way, I need a much higher down payment and we’re gonna give you practically nothing for the trade-in. It’s a scam and to make it worse. I still have to pay the $300 for the labor that they did nothing on on the car that I just practically gave away. No thanks. Not recommending them and never going back. More
