Vic Haul was the most calm sales person I have ever met. I was able to snoop around and test drive two vehicles without any pressure. When it came time to find the exact vehicle I wanted, they were able to get to a competitive price without any weird line items or tricks in the quote. They were the best in valuing my trade. I had two negative experiences at other dealerships where I felt like they were pressuring me to sign documents, being misleading about vehicle availability, and undervaluing my trade. In contrast, the staff at Walker were very reassuring and allowed me to have the time that I needed. They told me that they could get the exact vehicle I wanted quickly without any issues. On one visit I had a screaming two-year old with me and Mickey and Denise gave my daughter toys and stickers! I checked out the service area and it had a a nice waiting area that was clean and quiet. More

My 1996 Explorer had a major problem and it was not worth putting the money into it so I had to find another vehicle quickly. I researched quite a few dealers and they did not have anything close to what I wanted. I saw Walker Ford and found the Explorer that I wanted. The next day Jason called me and was so helpful and I made a decision to come and buy the car. I live out of town although my Mother lives here. When I got into Clearwater I returned the rental and headed straight for Walker Ford. I was met with wonderful and courteous service. Jason was incredible and even though he was so busy he got the process going very quickly and I then dealt with Rodger who also made this experience so smooth and easy! They were so informative and professional, yet so sweet! Jason already had my 2012 Explorer parked right in front of the office when I arrived. Everything was on the mark with no wondering if this was the right decision. The Explorer was everything that was advertised. Also Mickey at finances was a dream to work with. Very informative and explained everything in detail. Very kind and sweet! I just want to say a big Thank you to Jason who got the ball rolling, Jay who took my deposit and quickly emailed me confirmation, Rodger who was the main salesman and very efficient at what he does. Everyone worked very well as a team. They all made feel as ease. All in all this was the best experience that I have ever had buying a car! They made so easy and I am so grateful. I absolutely love this car! I will be coming back for maintenance and hopefully will get to see them again and thank them in person. I would recommend them to everyone! More

Excellent car buying experience! 2/2015 It was a supremely wonderful experience, unlike any other, from start to finish. February 2015 we found a listing online for a used car in our budget It was a supremely wonderful experience, unlike any other, from start to finish. February 2015 we found a listing online for a used car in our budget range at Walker Ford. Upon arriving we received a friendly greeting by Garry Ransom. We stated the specific car we came to see, and he took us right to it. Fortunately it was still there. After the test drive we knew it was "the one". You know the feeling. Now it was time to roll up our sleeves to "deal with" the whole purchase process. But, it wasn't necessary because not only was the car the advertised price, they did not even try to add a bunch of (what we non-car sales people call) bogus fees to jack up the cost. And they didn't keep us there all night to finish the deal! The whole experience was smooth and stress free...actually pleasing, a.k.a. wonderful. They actually sent us cookies and a thank you card too. Supremely wonderful! Unlike our previous experience with a different major dealership in Clearwater, FL in November of 2014 when I helped my son purchase his first car. (We wouldn't consider them again.) That experience was the polar opposite of what our experience was with Walker Ford. So much so, that my son said, "I'm buying my next car from Walker Ford! And until then, I'll just bring my car here when it needs a service." More
