While my wife and I were very impressed by the selection of vehicles to choose from, it was the extraordinary customer service that kept us on the lot While my wife and I were very impressed by the selection of vehicles to choose from, it was the extraordinary customer service that kept us on the lot and eventually put us behind the wheel of our new 2015 Ford Escape. We had been to several other car lots over the previous week and no one seemed interested in selling us a vehicle. Then we met Amy. She came over to greet us with a warm smile and simply asked if she could help us with anything. We told her what we were looking for and she took us into her office, to her computer, where she asked us just what we wanted in our Escape. Then she showed us the ones that were in stock at the time and told us everything about each and every one of them, without any type of pressure to "make a deal" or anything. Once we told her the one we liked, she excused herself for a few minutes then came back with a key and said "Let's go for a ride ". And that's all it took to get us behind the wheel of our new 2015 Ford Escape! More

When Ralph called me last week to tell us about the Black Friday deals, we were not expecting to get a new vehicle, but came in to see anyway. Once again, Ralph and Mickey worked with us to get a deal we were happy with and Walker gave us an excellent trade in on our 2011. We drove out in a 2015 Escspe that we absolutely love.
