Amazing Sir/Ma'am, I'm not sure if my last review actually went through. In case it didn't, I just would like to make sure my wife and I let Walker Ford know how pleased we are with the entire car buying experience. Our personal salesman was Ken. I actually really hate going somewhere and being shadowed by a sales representative. I feel judged and pressured the entire time I'm browsing and in the end i usually just leave out of anger. The apprehension I had when I saw Ken rolling up on his golf cart was unbearable. I'm now very thankful he was around! My wife and I had done a substantial amount of research before we even left the house for the local dealerships. Upon arriving at Walker Ford, we already had our hearts set upon a light green Fiesta. Ken took us immediately there, got us a key, and made sure we became comfortable with the vehicle (In other words, he did a bang up car salesman job haha). After that, it was fairly smooth sailing. It felt like we sat down in his office, then moved to Brett's office to settle the financing, then right into the car! The biggest delay was getting my bank to allow me to spend my own money for the down payment! Thanks to the wonderfully patient women behind the counter in front who gave us our down payment receipt (after roughly 3 attempts) we were all set. This was our first brand new car buying experience and I cannot thank the entire team we worked with enough for making it a pain free easy experience. Brett Hughes was awesome. He has natural people skills keeping the conversation moving between our financing chats meaning we didn't sit there awkwardly staring at the wall feeling uncomfortable. He explained EVERYTHING expertly while answering all of our questions and making sure we actually knew what was going on. The last staff member I'd like to discuss is Denise Newman. She went through her low down of the accessory department and what they have to offer. She also explained how to set up appointments and who to contact. A few days after we purchased the vehicle, we called Denise back to set up a tinting appointment. She did a wonderful job getting us set up for an appointment within 2 days! After that, again, she took care of the rest making it an extremely easy experience. Again, thank you everyone for all of your help and the next time we need a vehicle, it will be Walker Ford.
