Rodger was professional, friendly, didn't take up our time making deals, we just explained to him what we hoped our trade was worth, and we quickly came to a deal on a beautiful used Lincoln. We came back the next morning to pick up our purchased car, and went through all the paperwork within in minutes, Rodger went over with us, the options the car has.
