We visited several dealerships in our search for new or used Ford Escape. It was a hard process for us as we couldn't make up our minds. When we first went to Walker Ford it was because of a special sale they were having. We were initially looking for a used 2013 escape, but they didn't have what we wanted. We walked to the new car lot and talked to Jim Andrews about a 2014. blue escape. He brought the car over by the showroom in the light so we could see it better. I thought that it was really classy. . He explained the features of the car, we test drove it and went to his office to go over pricing. He went over every detail of the pricing, and was very upfront about everything. He never got flustered or impatient with us and worked hard to get us the maximum for our trade and got the price that we were wanting on the car. He evened had to stay late on two occasions for us along with Mickey of the finance department. Who by the way got us the lowest possible interest rate We had not brought a car in a long time and weren't familiar with how shopping for price on a new car isn't really an option anymore. Since all Ford Dealerships are basically priced the same it comes down to getting the best customer service. We went back to Walker because of the excellent customer service we received. I will recommend Walker Ford to anyone I know looking for a Ford vehicle. More
We originally brought our 2012 Escape in for regular service. We had been talking over the option to trade it in for a F150. Several employees congratulated us on our new purchase and sincerely thanked us for our business. All features on car were explained, demonstrated, and set up. Everyone was respectful and went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. Roger sent emails with supportive links about the vehicle and Tracey followed up with an email to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Walker Ford once again made us feel like part of the family, met our needs, and made us feel appreciated for our business. WOW!!!!
