Tracy worked tirelessly to try to find what we wanted in a 2012 out in the dealership world - she was successful though these options didn't work out for us. Instead, she helped us put together option packages on a 2013. We got exactly what we wanted in a new model for a very similar price. Tracy walked us through the entire process, giving us weekly updates on the order, production, shipping, and finally - delivery of our new car. We are so excited, we can't stop arguing over who gets to drive the new - new car! We are grateful to Tracy for her patience and Mickey for his knowledge of the contract and financing process.
