The guys at Walker Ford made our car buyer experience as convenient as possible. They provided me with pricing, detailed model info and answered all of my questions prior to me having to go to the dealershi convenient as possible. Kevin was very helpful and quick to answer all question while we were waiting for the delivery of are new car.He also made the closing of the deal quick and informative. Kevin was very patent while showing us all the tricks of the Sync and ford my touch systems he ensured we were comfrontable with the basic before we left the lot. Kevin intorduced us to Denise Newman and she help us add some accessories to our new car (at a fair price) She was able to get the pin stripping done before we left the lot that day and schedule the rest of the work for next week on a day that was most conveninet for us. Our overall experience at Walker Ford was pleasant and all of the people that we came into contact with were polite and friendly. More

My experience at Walker Ford was great, the service I recieved was the best that I have encountered in buying a vehicle. I am always treated well at Walker Ford and Tracy does a pheonminal job of getting me what I want and quickly. We were done with the paper and the truck was ready go in less then an hour. I Had a recent hardship and was not sure what I would qualify for. Tracy workrd the numbers and with my Loyalty (6th car from Walker leased) I was able to get into an affordable payment and an Escape sim qualify for.
