We were in the market for a new Toyota Camry. We visited our local dealer and were shocked to find out the salesman had no idea about what cars he had for sale or any features of the cars, etc. He told us h our local dealer and were shocked to find out the salesman had no idea about what cars he had for sale or any features of the cars, etc. He told us he was new and didn't know anything! Despite that we test drove and picked out the car with the features that we wanted. We made an offer on the car and he just came back and said "no". No counter offer or anything! We felt that our business did not matter and they were not willing to negotiate with us. We walked out and went home and started researching dealers in a 100 mile radius. I sent several emails asking for internet quotes and started calling dealers. We knew exactly what car we wanted and what we wanted to pay for it. Most of the dealers I called told me I was not going to get the price I wanted, and they wouldn't work with me. I did find one that said he would, but went online and they had SO MANY BAD reviews, that I got scared to deal with them. I had received an email quote earlier from Kelly at Walker and had sent an email back that if she could deal with me to let me know. After alot of outgoing phone calls and frustration, I got a call from Kelly. She said she would love to work with me and would talk to her mgr. as soon as she got into work the next day and see if she could get me the deal we wanted. At exactly the time she stated the next day, she called me. We negotiated a couple times back and forth and came to an excellent price. We went right over to Walker and met with Kelly. We ended up changing our mind and upgrading the features on the car we wanted. Kelly got us a great deal and was easy going and pleasant to work with. Definately no pressure sales at all. Brett the service manager was happy to work with us also and got us the deal we were looking for. The finance guy was excellent too! Everything went so smooth and we walked out with our brand new Camry! We had a great experience and would send all of our friends to Walker (and Kelly). They turned what started to be a bad experience into a great one! We would recommend not wasting your time (like I did), and call Walker first! More

I was interested on purchasinng a new vehicle. A particular Scion tC caught my eye. After some reasearch online on this vehicle and local dealers, i decided to go and give this baby a test drive. I was greeted by a very helpful fella called Paul Leverette. We made a good conversation and felt comfortable with him. I decided to stick to him, and was not something i regret. He was able to answer all my questions and took care of me. The car i bought was pretty much new even with the 5,052 miles on it. The price Vs. TMV was quite amazingly low. I couldnt let this chance go. Overall experience is good. never felt pressured.But like any buyer, i recoment to always make sure you ask plenty of questions to them, its their duty to be salesmen, and our duty to be good buyers. This i would say with any dealer. More

But we did not want to sacrifice safety for functionality. When Wes came out he was very friendly and began asking us questions that were going to help with our decision. We decided that leaseing a newer vehicle would accomidate us with everything we needed and fit into our affordability range. Wes even went as far as to talk with the head honcho about making some deals with us on our trade in as well as a few extras here and there to make sure we felt as if they were really on our side in making the right decisions as well as getting our money's worth. I will NEVER shop anywhere else when it comes to purchasing or leasing a car and I would definatly recommened Walker Toyota and Wes Ostrander to everyone I come into encounter with. More

Jay greeted my husband and I in the parking lot. I wasn't really sure what I was interested in buying until I saw the Venza's. The dark gray Venza caught my eye. Jason Cooper was by far THE BEST sales rep I have ever worked with in buying a car. From the initial phone call to ask questions right through the eventual purchase and financing, he was always extreme worked with in buying a car. From the initial phone call to ask questions right through the eventual purchase and financing, he was always extremely professional, friendly, honest and forthright, patiently answered questions, and NEVER PUSHY. Buying a car is a major purchase, and I do not like a pushy sales person who is just trying to make a sale. I called Walker Toyota from work during the day and was put in contact with Jason. He was originally supposed to leave at 5:00 that day, but stayed late for me to come after work. He was the last sales rep to leave that night and stayed until 9:00 while I financed the car. Upon arriving at the Walker Motors dealership I was greated and asked if I could be helped. After a few questions concerning my interest in the type of car I was looking for I was quickly told of sever greated and asked if I could be helped. I was then shown the various cars they thought would meet my requirements and then we sat down and discussed options, pricing, financing and trade in allowances. Their presentation was clear and no pressure to influence my decision was ever made. Because of the clarity of their presentation and the very good offer they had prsented it was easy for me to arrive at a decision. The car selection and terms of sale process took less than an hour. They then asked how soon I would like to have the car and I told them there wasn't any hurry. Their response was that they would have it ready for me in four hours. I arrived to pick the car up and after completing the necessary documents they went over a few operating explanations and answered a few of my questions and then I was on my way. All of the three Walker personnel that I dealt with were very friendly and courteous at all times. They were obviously very knowledgeable and competant in doing their job. More
