I was in the market for a 2010 Tundra and they had just what I wanted. When it came time to discuss price it was so nice not to have to haggle with them. I had been looking for a 2010 Prius for two months.I had a deposit on a "incoming" car from another dealer. I thought all was well.... Till I called this dealer on my scheduled day to get the Prius and they a deposit on a "incoming" car from another dealer. I thought all was well.... Till I called this dealer on my scheduled day to get the Prius and they said "we have tried and tried and can NOT get the car you want" I was floored to say the least. Wow they never even called me to update me... Well I went into the dealership and of course they tried to "sell" me one I didnt want(insulting)....So this is when I thought NEVER will I deal there again.. So I almost went to a Honda,HOWEVER I stopped by WALKER TOYOTA in Miamisburg about 30 min from my house. WOW what a different experience.. from the start I was greeted by a salesman named James Comer and then he introduced me to his manager Bret Crowell. These two guy's understood my frustrations and made it a possitive car buying experience. They had the car I wanted on the lot...!!! Kinda makes me wonder about the other dealership who "tried" and "tried" to get my car(yeah right). So I would 100% reccommed Walker for your next car purchase.
