RIP OFF ARTISTS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEY r a i s e d THE ASKING PRICE ON A STICKER INSIDE THE WINDOW OF THE VEHICLE WITH LARGE " I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEY r a i s e d THE ASKING PRICE ON A STICKER INSIDE THE WINDOW OF THE VEHICLE WITH LARGE "DEMO SPECIAL" ACROSS THE FRONT WINDSHIELD RIGHT SMACK IN FRONT OF THE DEALERSHIP FRONT DOOR ENTRANCE WHERE ALL COULD SEE. THE ASKING PRICE OF $29,000+ WAS RAISED TO FULL FACTORY PRICE WITHOUT A DIME OFF ON A CAR WITH 4,600 MILES ON IT. THEY ALSO TRIED TO STICK ME WITH SERVICE CONTRACTS I DIDN'T NEED SUCH AS TIRE COVERAGE. THEY SCREWED ME ROYAL ON MY 2003 50TH ANNIVERSARY CORVETTE WHICH WAS ALSO A SHOW CAR. THEY PROMISED ME SOME ITEMS (ONE OF WHICH CAME WITH THE CAR BUT WAS TREATED AS A PRESENT) AND THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE CARGO TRAY WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS APPROVED BY THE FINANCE MANAGER. I TOLD HIM THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME AND HE DID NOTHING. PROBABLY BECAUSE I CANCELLED THE SERVICE CONTRACTS I WASN'T AWARE WAS BEING TACKED ON THE $5,600 BOOST IN THE PRICE OF THE CAR. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEIR SERVICE DEPT STINKS TOO. MY SON TOOK A JEEP TO THEIR JEEP DEALERSHIP FOR A RECALL AND THEY DIDN'T FIX THE THINGS THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. I RETURNED A CHEVY PART AND HAD TO GO BACK (AND FACE ATTITUDE) BECAUSE INSTEAD OF CREDITING THE PART, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR IT AGAIN!! ESPECIALLY STAY AWAY FROM RON WHO WORKS THE FINAL DEAL. HE SMILES AND JOKES THE WHOLE TIME HE'S GIVING YOU THE KNIFE AND HE NEVER ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS YOU DIRECTLY ASK HIM ABOUT THE PRICE OF YOUR TRADE OR THE VEHICLE YOU ARE WANTING TO PURCHASE. Best Experience Ever I have never been treated as well as i was at Wallace Mazda. My salesman Travis Rivera was very knowledgeable of his product. He was sincere listening to my needs in a car. i traded a 2012 Ford Focus that was giving me nothing but trouble. The sales manager Steve Stiekman was great as well. He helped keep my new car very affordable, got me a super low interest rate and helped me get out of my ford, although I owed a little more than it was worth. I would definitely refer this dealership to everyone i know. I love my new 2015 Mazda6 and Wallace Mazda More
Won't give you a price until you're ready to buy. I could have lied and said I was ready. Problem is, that in my area, there are very few Mazda dealers.
