Hello, As I responded on the other review site the situation with your vehicle was a unique one as the vehicle was purchased elsewhere used, and was coming to us for the first time. We had no access to any previous repair records - we can only go by the diagnostic codes we receive and don't know what we will find as we proceed. As a customer courtesy, Derek did contacted Lincoln Customer Service. As a further gesture of goodwill, any charges you incurred during your visit were fully refunded - mailed out on March 3, 2014.
