Went into purchase car, knew what I wanted and had my own financing already lined up. Just waiting on a purchase agreement. I felt this was their attempt at rushing me to my bank to get payment even though I was planning to put down $18,000 cash. Kind of felt like a slimy dealership tactic and I didn’t like it at all. I was almost ready to walk. Apparently, that “fact” came from the finance manager, who was already upset that I didn’t choose the dealership financing. Then three weeks later when I called to find out if my license plates have arrived there or not, I was told to wait for the 90-day temporary tag on my vehicle to expire and that they don’t send them out before then. Before I even went to the dealership, I was well aware of the Wallser “no negotiate“ tactic as I’ve purchased vehicles before with them. Kind of thought that would go both ways, but they really wanted me to use their dealership financing even though it was significantly more expensive. More

Good service once there, but confusion on loaner or rental. Was told over the phone a rental would be available, however after there I was forced to stay and wait 3 hours to check the battery and try rental.
