Not only was I treated rudely during the purchase, the car (2021 with low miles) is undrivable in two weeks. When I called, they weren’t interested in customer service, finding a solution, or even investigating the issues. All they said was I didn’t sign a warranty so nothing would be covered. Clearly they were already aware of the problems since they weren’t interested in even looking at it - even though it is under the 1,000 miles/30 day law. Rude, deceptive and untrustworthy - I give them zero stars and warn everyone to shop elsewhere. More
I brought my car in for a timing chain issue. The mechanic refused to even look at the timing chain. Instead, he insisted that my issue was related to corrosion on my fuse box. I asked the shop m The mechanic refused to even look at the timing chain. Instead, he insisted that my issue was related to corrosion on my fuse box. I asked the shop manager, Kelly, to get involved. He also insisted there was nothing wrong with the timing chain and refused to even look at it. Everyone insisted that I pay over $1200 to fix the corrosion before they would even consider looking at the timing chain. I decided to take my car elsewhere since the mechanic refused to look at the issue I asked him to look at. In addition, everyone I spoke with was rude and condescending. It was an awful, infuriating experience. I took my car to Rosedale Chevrolet. They looked at the timing chain, as I requested. They were kind to me from day 1. And guess what? The timing chain was bad. They replaced it and the car runs like a dream… even with the supposedly inoperable fuse box. I have no confidence in any of the mechanics in your shop to be able to correctly diagnose an issue. I feel like they were trying to extort me. It felt like willful lies to get me to pay for things I didn’t need. And the sales team made a predatory offer of $100 to buy my inoperable car, that was only inoperable because the mechanics are either incredibly bad at their jobs or were trying to steal from me. It was a quick process. My only issue was we received 2 keys for the Cadillac and one of them still doesn't work.
