Came in to have our 2021 Acadia Moon Roof repaired-as it would not close. When we came to pick it up-6+ hours later, we was charged over $300-as they said this was not covered under their bumper-to-bumper would not close. When we came to pick it up-6+ hours later, we was charged over $300-as they said this was not covered under their bumper-to-bumper warranty. Paid the bill-then went to our vehicle-and opened the Moon roof-then tried to close it-and it would not close !! SAME exact problem I had brought it in for-and for which I had paid. So clearly nothing was done. They had the technician come out-and he tinkered with it-while we sat in the vehicle-for about 15 minutes-saying it was just out of alignment...and it was then finally fixed. I called the next day to talk to the Service Mgr. to file my complaint...and he said he would look into it-and call me back. Needless to say I never heard back from him. I even called a second time a week later-got his voice mail, and again I never heard back from anyone. Extremely poor customer service, and will not go back there again. More
