Sales team was great , selling me a vehicle with a check engine light on after 100 miles and refusing to fix it, but only exchange the vehicle and loose $1800 in the process was my problem

I’m pretty sure I’m done 11-2025 two star $109 oil and tire coupon. Asked that they NOT ROTATE tires. Well that’s MORE EXPENSIVE if we ONLY CHANGE oil & filter at $125. Plus the service guy could and tire coupon. Asked that they NOT ROTATE tires. Well that’s MORE EXPENSIVE if we ONLY CHANGE oil & filter at $125. No one was available to answer my phone calls prior to purchasing a vehicle, and no one answered calls answer after I purchased my vehicle. I'm very happy with the vehicle I purchased. 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I felt the purchase price was reasonable. However the closing process was very long and painful. Be prepared for the very long sales pitch on protection plans, rust protection, service contracts. etc. I actually purchased a rust protection plan for $799 because the closer wouldn't close unless I purchased something. The whole process took almost 2 hours. Plus I paid in cash so there wasn't anytime wasted on financing. Due to this I probably wouldn't buy another vehicle from this Walser dealership. To clarify, everything up to the closing was fine, the closing process is brutal. More
