Bought a 2021 Silverado rst from them first weekend of November, check engine light came on a 1.5 week later. They took care of me and replaced the bad part and cleared the code. The code came back on aga November, check engine light came on a 1.5 week later. They took care of me and replaced the bad part and cleared the code. The code came back on again two days later. I hope we can fix this and make it right. This truck needs to last me at least the next 8 years.. my service advisor was good to me. More

Routine oil change - prepaid through plan. Labor ($100) paid to troubleshoot an issue with my ignition/park/not being recognized so truck would chime at length after ignition turned off and in Labor ($100) paid to troubleshoot an issue with my ignition/park/not being recognized so truck would chime at length after ignition turned off and in park. Walser could not detect issue but was chronic after I left the service appt. Service mgr said there were no known issues. A simple Google search said this was a chronic-known problem and gave troubleshooting tips. I solved the problem but have been taken for $100!! More
