Bought car, transmission went out after 6 weeks—had good experience when I brought it in in terms of the mechanics person I worked with. Then spent 10 days trying to get a call back and see if the business experience when I brought it in in terms of the mechanics person I worked with. Then spent 10 days trying to get a call back and see if the business would work with us at all to replace the transmission. After calling back a third time I was told the business had no options for us. I understand this is part of the risk with buying a used car—that said, walser will never get our business when we buy a new car. More
The process was good and pricing fair. I was disappointed that there was only one key fob provided and it wasn’t disclosed until the very end of the purchase. In addition the used vehicle inspection must not have been thorough. I had to take the lightly used vehicle I purchased in for a warranty replacement of the rear pinion seal after only 5 days of having it. There was leaking fluid everywhere. More

We 'built out' the vehicle online and this dealership had it, which is the only reason we stuck with Overall horrible experience at this dealership. We were cycled through several different "non-commissioned" salespeople, and we can only think of ONE that had the customer in mind, Herik. Herik kept us informed and was quick to answer questions and provide open communication. The other sales people are, as you would expect at dealerships, snakes. They only look out for each other even when one carries a lie. In all, over promises and horrible communication. During our initial visit to the dealership, we addressed an issue about the vehicle. We were then told by several people that it was taken care of. The day we went to pick up the vehicle, the issue was still not fixed, so we had to drive there again (after calling a week later to remind Service it needs to be done) to get it fixed. The biggest disappointment was the GM, Jeff. He sat down with us on the first day and gave us the hard sell to get our business. After poor communication, mishaps with the Purchase Agreement (not our fault), misleading information from several sales reps, etc., not once did Jeff come up to us to apologize. It was an awkward and unfulfilling experience, and we drove away with a bad taste in our mouth. We are happy with the vehicle, and had a good experience with Service and Herik, but overall, the sales team was very misleading and disappointing to say the least; classic gimmicks and never owning up to their miscommunication. We will never be back. More
