I made a specific appointment to get a warranty issue with the jack on my truck taken care of and drove 85 miles from Mankato and when I got there they said they did not have the part. The only feed back with the jack on my truck taken care of and drove 85 miles from Mankato and when I got there they said they did not have the part. The only feed back I got was, 'oh, sorry about that'. Not sure how they send me multiple emails and texts to get it taken care of, I make a specific appointment, they don't have the part, and then seem to feel like it was no big deal.
