I called to check if the vehicle I was interested in had the factory installed towing package, I was told it did. Then there where 2 similar vehicles and 1 had the towing package and 2 did not. I had a bad experience. First, they did not get to my vehicle on the scheduled day of the appointment and I had to bring it back the next day.
