I usually have good success with walser, but this last visit was terrible. Waiting 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is beyond unacceptable. Also being charged $100 just to have them take a look visit was terrible. Waiting 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is beyond unacceptable.
