Shannan adequately addressed situation and gave me the expected time as to when they could start working on my vehicle which was within a 1-2 hr window. Arranged for an Uber to take me to location of my choice and a rtn ride back on the house. Work was done within time frame and an online video was sent to me to review and make any addl decisions on needed work based on inspection. The video presentation, work that was done, complementary car wash/Uber ride and customer service were impressive to say the least. PS: Kids enjoyed popcorn too! More

most painful new vehicle buying experience I've had. Truck had a door ding that needed to be fixed, We were told a few days to fix it, it's been two weeks and I'm still waiting.
