I was a little taken aback in the fact that I bought a new truck, traded in my existing truck, that I bought from you, and had a buyer work with him. Brought my truck in for the transmission slamming and they couldn’t figure out the issue and let me hang with no word on what’s going on and then the day I actually need to my truck (2 weeks later) they they couldn’t figure out the issue and let me hang with no word on what’s going on and then the day I actually need to my truck (2 weeks later) they finally decided to get a transmission tech out after I had already paid how much for a rental. And then you guys charged me to basically tell me that they don’t know what’s wrong. Idk if you guys need more or better mechanics but holy crap. More

Brought my 2016 Cadillac SRX because the transmission failed. From the first conversation on, Justin was professional, communicative and extremely helpful.
