This dealership was right at the start of using a new system for doing the paperwork and it didn't go well. I got to the dealership at 10:00 knowing what truck I was going to buy and started the paperwo system for doing the paperwork and it didn't go well. I got to the dealership at 10:00 knowing what truck I was going to buy and started the paperwork around 10:30 I I didn't leave the dealership until a little after 3:00.Hopefully they get things figured out & can speed up the process. The dealership and personnel are great however the GMC warranty has not been great. My vehicle has been in there for over a week and there is no estimated time of when it will be fixed due to the GMC warr warranty has not been great. I bought my vehicle in the beginning of August 2024 and it has electrical issues involving the radio. It is a 2022 with 17,000 miles and should not have these issues. Unfortunately this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. The sales manager did not know what he was doing. He did not look over the final paperwork that they gave me. I found that they had charged me sales tax in 2 states (I am from ND) When I brought it to his attention he told me it was a good catch on my part. It took almost 3 weeks to get the refund only after contacting the GM of the dealership. They told me I could use my license plate off my old truck on the new truck and it would not be a problem. I found out that is ILLEGAL after I returned home. I was not informed of their 3 day 300 mile return policy. Found that out when I returned home. I asked the GM why I received such terrible customer service and he had no response. He did not even offer amends to make right their mistakes. I also did a cash deal and it took over 3 hours to get out of there with 3 other customers around. More
