Brought car in for battery draw. Told service that my infotainment system was drawing power on my battery causing it to die after installing new battery I bought from Walser. I get the car back, and my infotainment touch screen is still doing the exact thing I complained about - registering phantom touches, unusable. Austin was nice and mostly knowledgeable about the vehicle. We didn't encounter anyone else during our visit. I know he had to go talk to management a few times but we never saw anyone else.
