I was scheduled by Sales to get my running boards installed on my new Sierra. We got up in for a Saturday install. Come to find out that this work is typically done Monday thru Friday. The shop was short handed but Service Advisor Mark McKee made a huge effort to help us get in, get installed and get on with our day!
