I was scheduled by Sales to get my running boards installed on my new Sierra. We got up in for a Saturday install. Come to find out that this work is typically done Monday thru Friday. Very helpful and attentive until we wanted to trade-in our prior vehicle. The trade-in value was lower than it should have been. We had even bought that same vehicle at this very dealership.
