I dropped my truck off the night before my service appointment, which was scheduled for 8:30 the next morning. I did not hear from anyone in service. I tried callin multiple times with no response. At the end of the day I had to talk with the sales manager however he had no info other than my truck still hadn’t been looked at. He said he would make sure the service manager called me in the morning. Still received no call. Did receive any detail until mid day when I received a text. Very disappointing communication. More

Oddly enough they were so backed up that, after 90 minutes, they told me I needed to reschedule. Never happened before. But, the woman who handled my case, Morgan, was very professional, apologetic an minutes, they told me I needed to reschedule. Never happened before. Had a distorted windshield in the 2024 Buick Enclave we purchased from Walser June 7 2024 & had very very very difficult time getting it replaced. After MANY phone calls & visits 2 the dealership it was FI purchased from Walser June 7 2024 & had very very very difficult time getting it replaced. After MANY phone calls & visits 2 the dealership it was FINALLY replaced November 18,2024 due to making a direct call to the general manager who was very accommodating! We live 2 hours away & have purchased 7 Enclaves & 2 GMC pickups from Walser. We’ve always had good service until this incident. We drove it almost 6 months under dangerous conditions. More
