First trip there was canceled after arriving due to software problems. Second trip was not fully completed because the part needing repair was not in stock. Sneaky and deceptive with recommendations and hidden fees. It was suggested i replace 2 different filters. If they had bothered to look at the filters they would have noticed that was nit necessary. The Carfax report (which they sent to me so I know they had it) would have shown both were replaced 5 days earlier. When I questioned this I was told it is like amazon and automatically suggests. That is wrong on so many levels. It is sneaky and deceptive. When I questioned the line item on my invoice that simply stated "fees" and requested a detail list I was not provided one. Simply told it was "shop fees" and such that keeps the lights on. I also asked to speak with a supervisor/manager and I was denied. I would prefer to work with a dealer that is up-front and honest. Walter is NOT that dealer! More
