They did help me buy a decent truck. I noticed when I got home there was a collision light on that is a big issue on these truck years from what I've looked up so some things in the truc I noticed when I got home there was a collision light on that is a big issue on these truck years from what I've looked up so some things in the truck wont work with that on. Another thing, when the tail gate was dropped at the dealership, he used the key fob but never explained the tailgate button itself on the tailgate does not work at all. Also rims looked clean when I bought truck but within a couple weeks, there was a ton of break dust covering the rims. I've never had an issue like this, I have heard from others it can be from installing poor quality brakes or brake issues which makes sense because also, when stopping it shakes a little bit like the rotors are warped? with these issues I've left two voicemails and an email about the issues and getting them fixed as I just paid over $40k for a 2022 truck. I have not got a single call back from anyone, no emails just silence. I think these are things that should be fixed and thats why I've tried calling a few times. I'm hoping this rating my have someone call me so we can get this taken care of. truck has warranty anyways but as far as issues go. I've purchased several cars and trucks throughout the years and I've never had a dealer not make it right with me. More
I have only recently started using Walser for service on my 2018 Chevy Suburban. I managed to mistakenly schedule service with them last year instead of at Roseville Chevrolet which I had used for 39 years. my 2018 Chevy Suburban. My mistake was pointed out none too gently which came as a complete surprise to me. I also had been shunted off to rookie service reps over the previous 2 years both of whom made mistakes in writing up my service needs and made mistakes in the final charges which took too many phone calls & face-to-face visits with the service manager to rectify. On the day of mistaken scheduling at Walser, I was greeted warmly & kindly by Josh. He kept me well informed during the appointment. Because the appointment took twice as long as estimated, the service manager comped the charges which I didn’t expect or ask for. The entire visit was professional & courteous. I made the decision to switch my loyalty. I’m not disappointed at all. More
Work done in expected amount of time. Friendly. Only issue was the guy who took my information was on the phone and passed my bill to someone else who had no idea about the question I had Friendly. I ordered my truck from Walser through a 3rd party which worked amazingly. My truck was priced appropriately I feel, though I would love to see it cheaper, and I feel that the purchase process and everythin worked amazingly. My issues stem from the delivery process and beyond. I was under the impression that my truck would be shipped to Iowa, however it was driven. If I would have known this, I would have driven up myself to pick it up. This not only added 300 miles to the truck, but those first 300 miles where not mine on a brand-new truck. Furthermore, the driver was in a hurry to get back to MN, so I didn't get any kind of walk through or onboarding with my new truck. No one showed me any of the features and the driver didn't even walk around with me to ensure delivery condition was up to par. Which, delivery condition was not as expected due to the drive; my truck was covered in bugs and road dirt from the 3.5-hour trip. It just felt like once I had signed, I was more of a number than a person. In fact, the entire process before I signed was very communicative, but afterwards, I wasn't even aware that my truck was enroute until it was halfway to my home. Even then, Walser did not reach out, I had to check the GMC app to get the location. I also have not had any follow up since I took delivery from Walser. More
