At this time I wouldn't recommend Walser service. Perhaps my review will change once serviced but so far I'm not impressed. I expected at least an apology for the fact that the infotainment system on my 2024 vehicle with less than 6000 miles on it. But the woman was curt and just seemed to want to get me off the phone. I did have an oil change a couple weeks ago and that was fine and the service gentleman were very nice. All questions after this are in response to my oil change and not my most recent call about my malfunctioning Infotainment system. More

Why did WALSER wait weeks to ask for feedback? WALSER could not update our software and to get us to go away, apparently, they gave us a web site that "handles that now." The site no longer handles software updates for our vehicle. They should have told us that in the first place. They succeeded in getting us to quit "bothering" them with our issue. That is the FIRST thing I will remember when shopping for a new vehicle. THE FIRST THING I will associate with the Walser name. "We asked them for help and they said, "can't help you, It's not our job to help you. But here instead is a web site that you can go to that won't help you either., don't ask us to help you don't ask us to help you don't ask us to help you don't ask us to help you.'" You need a new ad slogan Walser wants your sale, but we don't service what we sell. Instead, we send you to another company who can't help you either. Just go way." WHY would WALSER give us an alternative solution that they should have, SHOULD have known was bogus? Answer: Because they would get never get money from it What will I will remember when shopping for my next vehicle? That GMC and Walser will not support their product. I got "not our job" for help. Or " we only support new sales." I had better check other brands and break my chain of Yukon--Yukon--Acadia Limited.
