I had an amazing experience at Walser in Roseville. Trisha was the best, and she stayed in contact, as I kept changing my mind. I originally went in for a used Durango, then decided look into a sierra 1500. I thought I purchased the duramax one the first time, but I ended up getting the v6 with the turbo. Trisha was amazing on getting the correct truck from another Walser dealership, and ready for me to pick up. We re did the paper work, and I have never loved my truck so much. Beyond happy with my experience and the expertise from the entire staff. Will be buying my next car from them again. First and foremost, Walser employees do a great job from the time you bring your vehicle in to the time you’re driving out of the service center. I like the Video showing me what was done while the tech is the time you bring your vehicle in to the time you’re driving out of the service center. I like the Video showing me what was done while the tech is explaining what he did and what didn’t need any thing at this time. On a different note they also have a nice big waiting area where you can sit comfortably watching tv, visiting, drinking coffee or water or reading a book. When the work is done they also go over everything with you again. Very happy with Walser Buick! 5 Stars! More
