My Walser experience on Friday's test drive was good. I do like the video inspections! However, they're very quick and just rushing through the items they show, without giving me context as to when i will need to repair/replace wear ite However, they're very quick and just rushing through the items they show, without giving me context as to when i will need to repair/replace wear items. The prices went up and the service quality went down. I paid $100 for an oil change and inspection. They moved my seat, never reset the oil life, and in their inspection missed a glaringly obvious suspension failure (broken sway bar link). I've had other issues where they broke my oil plug, but made it up to me then with great service and a long l9aner vehicle. Unfortunately, I don't think that service manager is still at Walser and it shows. I'm not going back, I would much rather give my money to Turbo Tim's where they have good customer service reviews and support the community around them! Taylor was very upfront about what needed to be done, They advised me of the options I had for the repair, I was disappointed with the Walser Warranty and the limited coverage I had, it seems that some o They advised me of the options I had for the repair, I was disappointed with the Walser Warranty and the limited coverage I had, it seems that some of the issues were missed on the last visit. As far as promptness, I think that the time it took to complete the job was excessive, luckily I had access to another car while mine was repaired, for most customers, this is not a viable option. I give huge kudos to Taylor in the end, he made things simple and straightforward. More
