We are genuinely sorry to hear that your vehicle was handed over with greasy floor mats and pedals, and we completely understand your frustration regarding the ongoing leak on your garage floor. This certainly does not reflect our standards for vehicle preparation or guest care. While we are glad our sister store in Brooklyn Park attempted to clear up the residue underneath, it is clear that the root cause of the leak has not been resolved. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we want to make this right for you immediately. Our Service Manager would like to personally coordinate bringing your vehicle into our Roseville location to perform a definitive inspection, identify the exact source near the front driver's tire, and ensure the interior is properly detailed. We are glad our sales team was friendly, but we are genuinely sorry to hear about the mechanical frustrations you’ve experienced with your truck so soon after purchase. We completely understand how frustrating it is to deal with unexpected repairs like a bad fuel injector or a parking brake shoe. To clarify our process, our 100-point inspection ensures the vehicle meets strict safety and operational standards at the exact time of sale. However, electrical components like bulbs and wiring, as well as mechanical parts like fuel injectors, can unfortunately fail without warning. When you brought the truck back with the burnt-out license plate bulbs, our team replaced those immediately at no charge to help out. Regarding the warranty, we always try to be as transparent as possible during the signing process. The policy selected for your vehicle was a Powertrain-Only Warranty, which specifically protects the major internal components of the engine and transmission. Internal fuel injectors, wiring harnesses, and wearable brake shoes do fall outside of powertrain-only coverage. We never want a customer to feel misled.
