Chad worked with me and kept me updated on progress, throughout. He even went back to ask service mechanics further questions on my behalf. Unfortunately they couldn’t find any tangible issues or leaks. Chad was honest and caring, and was able to have my inspection fee waived since they could not diagnose a problem. This was extremely nice and unexpected. He also offered to have another inspection done upon cold start with loaner vehicles available as necessary. This location always provides great service which is why I keep coming back! More
