Great Salesperson, car was not properly prepared. The sales experience was great, the car was not properly prepared. A cigeratte butt was placed on the exhaust manifold and before I left the dealersh The sales experience was great, the car was not properly prepared. A cigeratte butt was placed on the exhaust manifold and before I left the dealership I could smell something burning. The windows were dirty. I had to clean the car when I got home. I did my part and brought my papers on my trade-in back to the dealer on Sunday. The car has been great, my salesperson wonderful, but my first impression on how a new car should be prepared was a disaster. That reflects on the how the "service side" of the dealership treats a customer. No thanks. I will take my business elsewhere. Perfect example of how to fail at business. More
Quick and efficient. They don't perform unnecessary tasks. I took my vehicle in for oil, filter, and tire rotate. A Happy Customer!! I have been having issues with “squeaky brakes..” It’s been in once before and the squeak continued... I finally stopped making excuses for the squeak I have been having issues with “squeaky brakes..” It’s been in once before and the squeak continued... I finally stopped making excuses for the squeak and scheduled an appt- of course, it had to be raining so they could not hear my noise complaint. They kept the vehicle overnight, test drove it a few times, still no squeaking for them but instead of telling me to turn up my music or the noise was in my head, they went above and beyond with surfacing the brakes and rotors, putting something else on it and voila!!! My squeaky brakes NO longer squeak!! Thank You Walser Mazda!! More
