It took two attempts to fix the problem. I don’t think a test drive happened after the first attempt as the problem was very noticeable. First off, the service advisor was fine. He was set up to fail. They were short handed because of a blizzard. Normally, they’re fine. Management blew this one. After a half hour, my car hadn’t left the garage. My car then was pulled back into the service bay twice before I was given the keys back. They must’ve forgot the diagnostics and car wash.
