Not the best experience here. I dropped off my 2023 Ram on 3/20 for a faulty windshield wiper fluid sensor and a starter issue. Walser needed to order the sensor and couldn’t d I dropped off my 2023 Ram on 3/20 for a faulty windshield wiper fluid sensor and a starter issue. Walser needed to order the sensor and couldn’t diagnose the starter at that time. I returned on 4/14 for the sensor replacement and another attempt at diagnosing the starter. On two separate calls, I was told a loaner vehicle would be available. Instead, I was given a rental through Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which resulted in an unexpected $55/day charge. A loaner and a rental are not the same, and this was never clearly explained. I was also charged an additional $200 diagnostic fee on top of the original $200, bringing total costs to: $432 initial visit $200 additional diagnostic fee $440 starter replacement $55 rental (returned after one day to avoid more charges) Total: $1,182 for a sensor replacement and starter repair. The most frustrating part was the lack of clear communication—especially being told twice that a loaner would be provided. Neither Walser nor Enterprise could clearly explain the rental cost or coverage. Setting accurate expectations upfront would have made a big difference. More

My beef is with the salesperson. He dropped the ball on my accessories (running boards and tonneau cover).
