Wanted to replace a whole tire because service was afraid to pull out the nail in my tire. Declined, I had someone personally pull it out and tire wasn't even punctured. So dude wanted me to purchase a brand to pull out the nail in my tire. Declined, I had someone personally pull it out and tire wasn't even punctured. Car was reported ready so I picked it up. Drove 10 miles and air bag light and service engine light that I had brought it in for came on. Back to Walser, had to leave the car three more days Drove 10 miles and air bag light and service engine light that I had brought it in for came on. Back to Walser, had to leave the car three more days. No one called to say it was ready. Went in to check status, they said it was done, no one notified me. I asked what was wrong and they said nothing. They drove it around the parking lot and the light didn't come back on so must be fine. Two days later I got a text saying "great news! your special order parts are in!" Went in AGAIN and service said they must have gotten parts and forgotten to cancel the order for parts. Very dissatisfied. Sent an email to their service manager and got a reply that said he was "out of the office until February 11th and would reply then". February 11th??? Direct cell number on his business card (in a stack on the counter) is crossed out with a pen. Does he not work there any more? Do they have a service manager? We have bought many vehicles here and had service done with Walser. Communication was terrible. Multiple trips in. No confidence in whether it has been fixed or not but light is off (for now). You have to schedule 3-4 weeks in advance for service so they must have plenty of business. Very unhappy. More
