Whoever I was assigned to was not available available when I showed up and car wasn't ready. David helped out. Seemed knowledgeable and nice. Showroom was clean. My transaction should have been easy. I didn't need financing, I declined their trade-in offer (old high mileage vehicles with some issues. I don't fault them here, it's business). I didn't want any of the add-ons. It still took 4 hours at the dealership to get it done. I'm patient, but that's half a day's work just to write a check and sign some papers. A lot of wasted time sitting around. As for pricing. I was told that the price I see online is the price that everyone pays. Then I'm offered 0% financing. Sweet! Turns out the salesman 'didn't know' that they can only offer one, but not both and that his manager just told him. Feels like typical dealership doodoo. Salesman was not pushy which I appreciated. He was also doing his best to ensure that the hybrid battery was fully charged before I left the lot. Didn't happen, but he was trying. At the end of the day I got the vehicle I was look for at a price I was happy with. More
