Service advisor stated that after calling the warranty company they denied my claim and stated due to corrosion and rust. After requesting to speak to manager and explain the warranty description he call company they denied my claim and stated due to corrosion and rust. This shouldn’t have had to go to the measures it did and I felt no support on this claim from a dealership I have spent thousands at. More

My sales experience was good, but regret purchasing prepaid oil changes and extended warranty. Plan to cancel and take my service needs at another Jeep dealer. More
