The sale was the worst experience ever and will never use walser again. We have bought and sold 10 vehicles from them and never again. So called brand new vehicle we were told had 2k miles on it actually had walser again. We have bought and sold 10 vehicles from them and never again. Less then impressed, had to fight with the service department constantly to cover my warranty claim. Was without my truck for over 2 two months before getting it back no loaner was offered. It cost me a lot of money in rental vehicles which I didn’t care for I think they should offer loaners. After receiving it back it’s still not quite right. I had a heater cord done previously to the transmission and I think they didn’t hook the antenna for the radio up, but I’m so disgusted the way this last issue I don’t even want to go back for the radio that I’m at the point. I am going to have a local mechanic look at it and see if they can fix it. More

I had to bug him to get a response. I texted and had to call him to get an estimate. Also, it took me 3 weeks to get an appointment--I couldn't use the car until then (oil pressure sens I texted and had to call him to get an estimate. The car has a 9 speed transmission in a 4 cylender , not good , plus Auto stop light turned on again by itself and they probably wanted me to pay for resetting it a second time in 3 months .
