Came into the dealership 2 years ago and a car that was on your website had been given out as a loaner and we waited around 45 minutes for no reason. Just bought a car and the process took way too long and on your website had been given out as a loaner and we waited around 45 minutes for no reason. Just bought a car and the process took way too long and then the vehicle (only 12,000 miles) had a battery problem and we had to take it in. In addition, your sales reps don’t get paid a commission but it’s clear you’re indenting them and management to sell warranties as we got the hard sale from the rep and the manager even after I said from the beginning we weren’t buying one. Now, the cover for the hitch is missing a screw so we need to go back to the dealership. Overall, it adds up to a average at best experience. More
