Given the run around after having a great experience my first time. Very disappointed by service managers not calling back, leaving me on hold for 20+ minutes, not explaining my warranty coverage when thei first time. Very disappointed by service managers not calling back, leaving me on hold for 20+ minutes, not explaining my warranty coverage when their system pulled it up, and not invoking my Jeep wave oil change and charging me when I came in for service. Typical dealership behavior, and I should have known better. Really let down. I’ll find another spot for my tires and alignment. More
Had my car for 4 days when I was told they would only have it for 1 maybe 2. I called and made an appointment and they forgot to write a ticket for the shop so my car sat there the whole first day untou have it for 1 maybe 2. While the service itself was fine and the service personnel were friendly and professional, there was a considerable amount of miscommunication resulting in an added cost to me. Due to overnight serv personnel were friendly and professional, there was a considerable amount of miscommunication resulting in an added cost to me. Due to overnight service a rental was arranged to be ready on drop off. Whoever was responsible for making the reservation failed to do so and I had to return in the evening for the drop off. Since it was later in the afternoon the agent was working with earlier was out. Somehow he never knew I dropped off the car until the next day which added another day to rental cost. This was a bit frustrating. More

I recieved a phone call all on a Monday saying my car would be done on Friday. I revived a text Thursday night telling my I had a 7:30 Friday am appointment. I assumed it was to pick up my car. When I would be done on Friday. I revived a text Thursday night telling my I had a 7:30 Friday am appointment. I assumed it was to pick up my car. When I arrived the clerk told me it was not ready. I asked why was I then texted for an appointment. He told me “that was for the original appointment “ (there was an insurance error creating a back and forth to another shop). I was pretty angry because he refused to acknowledge my misunderstanding and wasted trip was the result of Walser’s system error. He was a very good rep. In every way afterwards and it was a problematic car. But when a customer arrives and has this experience it’s a very bad impression. In every way afterwards that the rep. Was a rock star. Upon picking up my car it was lower on gas than I have ever seen it. When I noticed and filled the tank it took the maximum stated in the manual. Nobody should have given me the keys without saying “sir, you need gas NOW”. Every experience up to now was great at Walser but this was a very large exception. I line the rep. And I’ll be back. But there’s some lessons to be learned here. More
