This dealership was absolutely terrible with communication and just general knowledge of the brand of cars that they sell. It’s typical you come in check your car in and they tell you the wait time. But this time they could not find my appointment and when they did, it was under someone else's name...... my wait time was suppos you the wait time. But this time they could not find my appointment and when they did, it was under someone else's name...... my wait time was supposed to be an hour and 15 minutes. I ended up sitting for an hour and 45 minutes then a different service representative inform me about tires, air filter and brakes. And would I like any of that done I said yes just the air filter and the brake thing. Then that took an additional hour and a half and I sat in that establishment for three hours total I have never experienced such xx from walser. Was a little upset, but life goes on More

Both of my brake lights stopped working and over 10 weeks later finally fixed. Had to talk to a manager after 3 weeks to get a loaner. Poor communication from person at the service department.
