TERRIBLE! Told my Jeep was done so I arrived only to see my jeep driving down the street. Service guy couldn't find it for 50 minutes. Then he said I could take it and he'd email me the paperwork. The paperwork never was sent, no receipt, etc.. I purchased a new key from Walser, but you never cut it. Worst dealership I've ever been to. My next stop is a Google review and then a Yelp review. More

Definitely will not use the service department at this dealership. I had a very negative experience. Brought my 17 year old daughters Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. When I left and entered the dealership. I had a very negative experience. Brought my 17 year old daughters Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. When I left and entered the highway the vehicle tires were bouncing all over. I am glad it was me and not my daughter driving it. The service representative did mention they noticed there was an issue with the aftermarket wheels. He told me that at least one of the wheels was missing a spacer between the hubs and the wheel and I should look into it. He failed to inform me that the wheels could or would bounce around violently like they did. There was zero issues with the tires/wheels leading up to the appointment when I sped the vehicle off. I feel that if they knew this could happen they should have test driven it or been more proactive in ensuring the vehicle was safe to drive. I immediately took the vehicle to a trusted service shop, they installed the missing wheel hub spacers and the issue was resolved. I have lost all trust in Walser Jeep in Hopkins. I have three vehicles that I have brought to this dealership but, I will never trust them again. More
