Dealer always take forever to solve an issue. They offer no flexibility when it comes to have a loaner or rental if your car takes more than a couple of weeks to get fixed. The service department is always backed up, even for emergency or any appointments you will have to plan 3-4 weeks ahead of time and don’t mind about dropping the car it will be sitting on their parking lot until you call a remind them that you are waiting for it.
