Poor services I was there to get new brakes put on my car. Car was in the shop a few days to get new brakes put on my car, soon after getting new brakes heard a screeching noise from my tire soon as I ma car. Contacted dodge back and was told to bring my car back there. Brought my car back there and they couldn't figure out the sound because it stop making it. So Natasha told me I have to go home and bring it back once the noise start again because the technician can't figure it out unless they can hear the noise which is insane. So i left and went home noise started again called dodge back again and was told to bring it back up there. Came back the technician heard the noise was asked can they keep my car another couple of days to figure out the noise. I told them yes. They had my car another couple of days and stated the problem was that I needed new wheel bearings and would cost me almost $900 dollars. I left with my car and took it to another car mechanic just to see. That car mechanic told me I didn't need wheel bearings and that it was a bad brake job done on my car. Called Natasha while I was at another shop so he can explain to her the problem and she stated to me to bring it back to dodge they asked to keep it again another couple of days.. I did that just picked it up for the THIRD time stating it's fixed hopefully the noise have stopped. More

Had no choice but to have my car towed to this dealership after emitting smoke from the tail pipe. 2024 Wrangler with 14,000 miles on it. I asked for a loaner or rental and was told they had no availability of either and I would have to go through Stellantis to try to get one approved on my own. NO HELP AT ALL. I HAVE NEVER FELT LESS IMPORTANT TO A BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. When they finally diagnosed the issue, it was an overfilling of oil from my last oil change, which took place at ANOTHER CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. Then I had to pay $350 to get my car out of hock at Walser. The other dealership reimbursed me. This was a horrible, inconvenient, frustrating experience and I will let everyone I know how this Jeep experience went. You all promise great service when we consumers are spending $60,000 vehicles, until you actually have to use those services due to a mechanical issue, where a consumer then finds out the real deal, you don’t matter. Likely the last Chrysler product I will have. More
