It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership as I've always done private in the past, so I went into it pretty anxious because I was coming alone and I don't really do negotiation. I'd chosen the vehicle I was interested in on Walser's site, I'd done my research on the year, make and model, and I'd run the numbers of what I could afford many times, all prior to scheduling my appointment. All that to say: I came with a very specific goal in mind and wasn't interested in aggressive sales tactics or having other vehicles pushed on me. Which leads me to... Amber was fantastic (and though my time with him was much shorter, Travis was as well). She showed me the car, took me for a test drive, discussed financing with me, and explained the options available for additional vehicle protection. She educated -- she didn't pressure -- and that was exactly what I needed. I've only had the car for five days but so far I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I spent more than I'd hoped for but, as someone who can't easily afford expensive mechanical surprises, I knew I wouldn't regret adding on the extended warranty, rust prevention treatment, and GAP insurance. I walked away very impressed with my experience and have been singing Walser's praises every time someone compliments my car. More
