I was asked by the service advisor to have maintenance services that had recently been done, so I declined. The technician then recommended a brake fluid flush which had also recently been done. I attempted to call BOTH the service advisor and the Service Manager to ask about these recommendations, leaving my phone number for both of them. I have never received a call back. After 12 years of trusting Walser with my maintenance services I was very disappointed. I won’t be back. Thank you. More
