2014 Sonata recall. I stopped in to set up an appointment for my wife's 2014 Sonata,which had two recalls to be taken care of. Mike, in your service department, quickly I stopped in to set up an appointment for my wife's 2014 Sonata,which had two recalls to be taken care of. Mike, in your service department, quickly got me the appointment for the following week. Walser sent me an E-mail confirming the appt., And followed up with a reminder, 2-3 days prior to the appt. My wife and I dropped off the car at 7am on Tuesday, and the car was ready to go by 10am! Thank you for the very professional service , and the follow-up phone by your Service department! More

I am always very happy with my service at Walser hyundai On Monday morning my car wouldn’t start. Set up a tow and my 2011 Elantra was picked up at 3:30. Called Hyundai in advance and let them know it was On Monday morning my car wouldn’t start. Set up a tow and my 2011 Elantra was picked up at 3:30. Called Hyundai in advance and let them know it was coming. Yhry had 4:30 appointment. It was fixed and ready to be picked up at 5:17. Can’t ask for any better service. I got new spark plugs, tire rotation and it was almost due for an oil change so I had that done too. I have always brought my car to the dealer and have always done any work they suggested. I have 99,000 miles on my car and hope to keep it longer More
